1 unbaked Pie shell
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Bake the unbaked pie shell for approx. 8 - 10 min. just to par-bake the bottom of it. Remove from oven.

Beat the eggs and sugar together till light and creamy. Add the remaining two ingredients and mix. Pour into par-baked pie shell and sprinkle the top with cinnamon. Place in 350* oven till knife inserted in centre comes out clean.
