8 oz block sharp cheddar cheese, Hellman's or Dukes mayo (your personal preference), sugar to taste, and large jar of diced pimento's

grate cheese, mix all ingredients, add mayo until correct consistency and sugar to your tasting preference. Don't skimp out by buying pre shredded cheese. We prefer Dukes mayo in the South.
