Ingredients:  
1 12-oz pkg sausage, cut into ¼ in pieces
1 green pepper, diced
1 red pepper, diced
1 small onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 can Italian diced tomatoes
1 tbsp Italian seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients.*
(*Can be prepared ahead of time and frozen in a gallon-sized freezer bag. When ready to use, thaw in fridge overnight.)
Place in the slow cooker.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Serve over rice.
