Ingredients:
Ingredients:
½ c. jalapeno peppers, hot! (8-10 small)
¾ c. bell peppers
1½ c. apple cider vinegar
6 c. sugar
2 packets of Certo (6oz)
food coloring, red or green

Directions:
Directions:
Place sugar in a pan
Place seeded and chopped hot and bell peppers in a blender with ½ c. vinegar, blend well
Pour mixture over sugar in the pan
Rinse blender with remaining vinegar and pour into pan
Bring to a full boil, stirring occasionally
Skim foam
Add Certo and mix well
Pour into sterilized jars and seal
Put in glass jars and turn upside down to seal.

*I am always on the side of caution, I do not turn my jars upside down, but put them in a large
pot and cover with water, when it comes to a boil, I time the boil for 15-20 minutes.
I take them out and sit the jars on towels, you will hear them seal as they "ping" one at a time.
