1 whole Pork Loin (bought when on sale)
Italian Salad Dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Slice pork loin into 1" slices
Keep how ever much you want to cook. Freeze the rest.

Place slices into a sealable plastic bag
Cover slices with Italian Dressing

Seal bag and refrigerate over night.

Remove from fridge an hour before cooking to allow meat to come to room temperature

Grill or cook in a skillet (cast iron preferred) until done

Makes a great sandwich or just plain on a plate.
