Crust:
3/4 Cup Flour
1/4 cup margarine + 1 tbs.
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard.

Filling:
10 oz frozen spinach
bouillon
1/2 green onion chopped
mushrooms
1 1/2 - 2 cups swiss/cheddar cheese
ham or bacon
1 1/2 cup milk
4-6 eggs
1/4 tsp salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crust ingredients and pat in 9-inch pie pan.

Cook spinach in bouillon water and squeeze dry. Put spinach, onion, cheese, mushrooms, and meat in the crust. Combine milk, eggs, salt, and pepper and pour in the crust.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
