Salad:
16 oz penne pasta cooked
10 oz Freshly chopped spinach
8 oz Crumbled Feta
1 Container grape tomatoes
3 oz Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Dressing:
1/2 c. Italian Dressing
1/2 c. Oil
1½-2 tsp dried Basil
1 T Red Wine Vinegar
Salt and Pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Mix Oil, Dressing and Spices, toss with pasta and spinach. Add Feta, Tomatoes and 1/3 of the parmesan and toss again
Top with remaining parmesan
Serve cold or room temperature
