1 medium beef roast
8-12oz beer
1 can French onion soup
1 can beef broth
Black pepper
salt
Sliced onion
Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients and cook in crockpot 6-8 hours on low
Shred the roast
Serve on Buns
add Cheese of choice - Provolone, mozzerella
use the juice to dip the sandwich in.
