2½ lb. Ground Beef, cooked and drained
Onion, chopped

2 cans (15 oz. each) Enchilada Sauce
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can Tomato Soup
20 flour Tortillas
2½ c. Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Mix enchilada sauce, mushroom soup and tomato soup.
Mix 1 cup of sauce mixture in ground beef and onion.

Spoon 2 tbsp. Meat mixture down center of each tortilla.
Sprinkle cheese on top and roll.
Place seam side down in lightly greased 9x13 baking dish.
Pour remaining sauce on top of tortillas

Bake for 30 minutes at 350º
