1 tbsp. Butter
1 Onion, chopped
1 can Green Chiles
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Cream Cheese
3½ c. Chicken, cooked and chopped
8 flour Tortillas
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
2 c. Heavy Whipping Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion in butter.
Add Chiles and cream cheese.
Stir in chicken

Spoon 2 tbsp. Chicken mixture down center of each tortilla.
Roll up and place seam side down in lightly greased 9x13 baking dish.
Sprinkle with cheese and drizzle with whipping cream.

Bake 45 minutes at 350º
