3/4 cup butter, softened
1 3/4 cups dark brown sugar
1 egg
2/3 cup milk
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
3 cups quick cooking oats
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped lnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla in large bowl. Beat at medium speed until well blended. Combine oats, salt, baking soda and cinnamon with flour. Mix into the creamed mixture at low speed. Stir in raisins and nuts. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls onto parchment lined baking sheet 2” apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes in preheated 375º oven. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet
for 2 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack. Makes about 2 1/2 dozen.
