3 T. flour
3 T. cornmeal
¼ tsp. onion salt
⅛ tsp. pepper
2 T. butter
1 lb. Alaska Cod fillets, thawed
¼ c. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º. Combine flour, cornmeal, and seasonings. Melt butter in shallow baking dish. Dredge the cod in the flour mixture, and place in the dish. Turn cod to coat with butter. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cod flakes easily with a fork.
