Medium Prawns
Scallops
Olive oil
Mushrooms
Fresh parsley
Garlic cloves, crushed
Chopped, fresh tomatoes
Butter
Dry white wine
Cooked angel hair pasta
Freshly grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté the garlic in the olive oil. Add the mushrooms Now add the prawns. Sauté until pink. Do NOT overcook. Remove from pan. Now add the scallops and sauté. Be sure not to overcook these either. Remove from the pan. Add the parsley and chopped fresh tomatoes with a little butter and wine. Allow to cook down slightly. Add the seafood back to the mixture just before serving so the seafood doesn’t overcook. Serve over pasta with FRESHLY grate parmesan.

You’ll have to use your creative culinary skills on this one! When going through my recipes I found this very vague recipe, that I apparently had at one time, and thought it was “delicious”, and “wonderful”. It does sound really good, and I’m certainly going to try it soon.
