¾ cup Hershey's Cocoa

2⅔ cups confectionery sugar

6 Tablespoons butter

5 to 6 Tablespoons milk

1 teaspoon vanilla

Combine cocoa and confectionary sugar in large bowl.

In a small bowl, cream butter with ½ cup of cocoa mixture; then add additional cocoa mixture.

Add milk and beat until spreading consistency. Add additional milk if needed to get spreadable.

Blend in vanilla.
