8 medium ears of corn
1 large sweet red pepper
2 cups curry tomatoes halved
1 small red onion diced finely

Dressing
1/2 cup cannula oil
1/4 cup rice vinegar
2 tbsp. Lime juice
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp not pepper sauce
1/2 tsp.garlic powder
Like zest
Black pepper

Directions:
Cool corn in micro, remove husks, cut from cob. In bowl with corn, add pepper, onion, tomato. Whisk dressing together pour over vegetables and enjoy.
