1½-2 lb. fish fillets or steaks
2 tsp. butter
1 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. minced garlic
8 oz. pkg sliced mushrooms
½ c. sliced olives
1 can (8oz) tomato sauce
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. sugar
½ tsp. oregano
freshly ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place fish in baking dish and preheat oven to 350º. Sauté the onion, garlic, and mushrooms in the butter until onion is translucent. Add the sliced olives, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, sugar, and oregano. Let cook together over low heat for 5 minutes. Spoon the sauce over the fish. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on during the last 5 minutes of baking.
