Ingredients:  
Meatballs (use store-bought or
make your own using the following:
1½ lbs. ground beef
⅔ cup crushed crackers
⅓ cup minced onion
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. ginger
¼ cup milk

Sauce:
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1 cup packed brown sugar
⅔ cup vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can crushed pineapple or
pineapple tidbits, undrained

Directions:
Directions:
Meatballs: Mix all ingredients together well and form into balls. Cook meatballs in large frying pan until cooked through.

Sauce: Mix cornstarch & sugar. Stir in syrup from pineapple, vinegar and soy sauce until smooth. Cook over medium heat, stirring often, until thickened. Add meatballs and pineapple and heat through.
