Boneless rib roast, just under 4 lbs.

Crust is salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder. Poke holes in the meat, rub on, and massage in.

Roast at 250F on the rotisserie spit for 2 hours. (He mentioned the Vortex will only "roast" 1hr at a time. Just restart when the machine beeps as done.) Shoot for 125-130F with meat thermometer for a medium rare center
