1 lb. bacon, cut in half crosswise
2 lbs small sea scallops
½ c. brandy
⅓ c. olive oil
2 T. chopped fresh parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. black pepper
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. onion powder

Directions:
Directions:
Wrap one piece bacon around each scallop, and secure with a toothpick. Place the wrapped scallops in a 9”x13” baking dish. Combine the brandy, oil, parsley, garlic, pepper, salt, and onion powder in a small bowl. Mix well. Pour the mixture over the scallops. Cover and marinate in refridge at least 4 hours. Remove scallops from marinade and discard the marinade. Arrange the scallops on a rack of the broiler pan. Broil 4” from the heat 7-10 minutes or until bacon is brown. Turn the scallops over. Broil 5 minutes more or until scallops are opaque. Remove toothpicks before serving. Arrange over salad greens.
