1 can tomato sauce
¼ cup cider vinegar
3 to 4 tsp. honey
1½ tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. tomato paste
2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. cayenne or regular pepper
2 tsp. chili powder
3 lbs. boneless chicken
1 large onion,thinly sliced half circles
4 cloves minced garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together the first 10 ingredients. Spray slow cooker lightly with oil, then place chicken inside. Scatter the onions and garlic evenly over the top and then pour the bbq sauce over the top.

Cook on low for 5 hours or so. Shred the chicken with two forks and if desired, continue to cook for a little bit longer on high, with the lid off, to allow mixture to thicken.
