1 pkg. macaroni or spiral pasta
2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts,
cooked and cubed
1 medium onion, chopped
½ cup green pepper, chopped
¼ tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. oil
2 jars alfredo sauce
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup salsa
¼ cup milk
4 tsp. taco seasoning

Cook pasta and drain. In large skillet over medium heat, cook the chicken, onion, green pepper and pepper in oil until chicken is cooked through (or you can cook the chicken ahead of time and cut up..then just cook veggies for 5 minutes and add chicken).
Stir in alfredo sauce; bring to a boil. Stir in 1¾ cups cheese, parmesan cheese, salsa, milk and taco seasoning.
Toss pasta with chicken mixture. Divide between two greased 8" square pans.
Cover and bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese.

(Pans may be covered and frozen before cooking for up to 3 months)
