2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 red pepper, chopped
½ cup chopped red onion
2 cups cooked chopped chicken
1 cup canned refried beans
2 tbsp. taco seasoning mix
2 cups tex-mex shredded cheese,
divided
24 jumbo pasta shells, cooked
2 cups pasta sauce
1 cup salsa
2 green onions, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º.
Heat oil in pan and add peppers and red onions. Cook about 4 minutes or until tender. Add chicken, beans and taco seasoning. Cook 3 minutes more stirring frequently. Stir in 1/2 cup cheese. Spoon into pasta shells.
Mix pasta sauce and salsa; spread half onto bottom of 9 x 13 pan sprayed with cooking spray. Add shells.
Top with remaining sauce. Cover with foil.

Bake 25 minutes or until heated through. Top with remaining cheese and bake, uncovered, 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with green onions.
