4 Tbs butter
2 cups powdered sugar
2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup finely chopped pecans
1 cup coconut
1/2 cup chopped maraschino cherries
Chocolate candy coating

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter on low heat in the microwave. Stir in the sugar, peanut butter, coconut, pecans and cherries. Form into small balls. Chill. Melt the chocolate candy coating and coat the chilled balls.
You may roll in additional nuts or coconut if desired. Place on waxed paper to harden. Makes 3-4 dozen.

These are wonderful! Almost like a chocolate covered cherry candy. I usually make several batches to give away at Christmas.
