2 lb. ground beef
2½ cups water
1 large jar chunky salsa
1 pkg. egg noodles
1 tsp. salt
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, brown beef and drain. Stir in water, salsa, noodles and salt. Heat to boiling and then reduce heat to low.
Cover, simmer about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender. If necessary, add a bit more water.
Stir in sour cream and heat through. Serves 4-5.
