2 tsp. vegetable oil
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can Aylmer Accents Petite Cut
tomatoes
¼ cup zesty italian dressing
3 tbsp. tomato paste
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 cup italian shredded cheese
2 tbsp. bacon bits

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in large frying pan on medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and onion. Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in tomatoes, the dressing and tomato paste. Add chicken. Cover. Reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer approximately 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon bits. Simmer, uncovered, until cheese is melted.
Serve with vegetables, noodles or over rice if desired.
