1½ lbs ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup grated carrot
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
⅓ cup ketchup
2 tbsp. mustard
2 pie crusts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Brown ground beef with chopped onion. Drain. Add 1 cup grated carrot, salt and pepper.
Stir in ketchup, mustard. Simmer a few minutes.
Pour mixture into bottom crust. Cover with top crust and seal edges. Prick top of crust a few times to vent.
Bake for approximately 40 minutes or until golden brown.
