1 ½ cups raw cashews, soaked
¼ cup unsweetened non-dairy yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
½ teaspoon of salt

jalapenos
onion powder

Directions:
Directions:
Soak the cashews either overnight in cool water in the fridge, or at least 25 min in hot water. (Bring to a boil, take off heat)

Add cashews and all other ingredients to a food processor. Blend until smooth

Refrigerate up to 5 days
