Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cans (14oz) diced tomatoes (it’s good with the tomatoes with the diced green chilies)
1 can(15oz) tomato sauce
1 can (6oz.) tomato paste
2 cans whole kernel corn
2 cans garbanzo beans
2 cans kidney beans
2 cans (4oz.) sliced olives
1½- 2 mild chili seasoning packet or 2.5-3 T. chili powder
salt and pepper to taste
1-1.5 lb ground beef or turkey
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 chopped bell pepper
1 tsp. sugar
½ T. white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the meat with the onion, garlic, and a little bit of olive oil. Place in a crock pot. Rinse the kidney beans, garbanzo beans, and corn in a colander, and then place in the crock pot. Add all the other ingredients, stir and cook on low for 8-10 hours. You may need to add water if it thickens up during cooking. The longer it cooks, the better it tastes!
