1½ c. vegetable oil
¾ c. soy sauce
¼ c. Worcestershire sauce
2 T. dry mustard
2½ tsp. salt
1 T. cracked black pepper
2 tsp. fresh parsley, chopped
½ c. red wine vinegar
3 garlic cloves, crushed
⅓ c. fresh lemon juice
1 T. fresh lime juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan, and place over low heat until simmering slightly (but not foaming!), then cool completely. Place meat in a zip-lock freezer bag, pour in the marinade, then seal tightly. Let sit in refrige for at least 4 hours, although over-night is best for tougher cuts of meat.
