1 can Bordens Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
6oz (¾ cup chocolate chips)
6oz (¾ cup butterscotch chips)
2 tbsp margarine

Melt chip and butter, add milk and 1 tsp vanilla and set aside

Crust:
½ cup margarine
1 cup brown sugar
1 unbeaten egg
add:
1 and ½ cup flour, ½ tsp soda, ½ tsp salt, 1 and ½ cups oatmeal, ½ tsp vanilla

Press all but ¾ cup Oatmeal dough in pan and spread topping. Sprinkle rest of dough and nuts (optional) over top and press down.
Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes.
