4-6 boneless chicken breasts
1 beaten egg
½-¾ cup bread crumbs
2 tbsps. butter or margarine
1 can broccoli cheese soup
(or a cheese slice - regular or
any kind)
½ cup water
1 medium tomato, sliced
1 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Dip each chicken breast into egg; coat with bread crumbs. Melt margarine in frying pan over medium-high heat.
Cook chicken approximately 10 minutes on each side or until chicken is browned and no longer pink inside (turn often to avoid burning and add more margarine if needed). Arrange chicken in 9 x 13 pan. Set aside.

Heat soup and water together and spoon some on top of each chicken piece (or put slice of cheese on top)
Top with tomato slice. Position baking pan so top of chicken is about 6 inches from heat. Broil 5 minutes or until topping is hot and bubbling.
