4 cups cooked, chopped chicken
2 celery ribs, thinly chopped
1 small green or red pepper, chopped
½ cup sliced water chestnuts (if desired)
½ cup sliced fresh mushrooms
¼ cup finely chopped onion
1 cup mayonnaise or whipped dressing
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. pepper
1 cup bread crumbs
¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine first six ingredients. Combine the salad dressing, garlic powder and pepper; stir into chicken mixture. Transfer to a 2-qt. baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, at 350º for 20 minutes.

Sprinkle bread crumbs over chicken mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 7-10 minutes longer or until heated through and top is lightly browned.
