2 cups cooked, chopped chicken
2 cups frozen vegetables
2 cans chicken gravy
1 can cream of celery or
mushroom soup
½ cup milk
1 small onion, chopped
¼ tsp. garlic salt
¾ cup grated cheese
1 tsp. seasoning (italian or thyme)
2 portions puff pastry or 2 pie crusts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Heat vegetables, gravy, soup, milk, onion, seasonings together in small pot. Add cheese and stir until melted. Stir in cooked chicken.

Meanwhile, roll out pastry on floured surface to a size just larger than your pan (use a 9 x 13 or a 2-3 qt. casserole dish).
Pour vegetable chicken mixture into bottom of pan and cover with pastry. Seal edges of pastry around pan. Brush top of pastry with a bit of milk.
Bake for about 25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let stand for 5-10 minutes before serving.
