4-5 boneless chicken breasts
1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
3 cups (approx.) salsa
8-10 tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Cook chicken breasts in non-stick pan and chop into small pieces. Stir in about 1½ cups of salsa and cream cheese until blended well. Add 1 cup cheddar cheese.
Spoon some of the mixture down the center of each tortilla. Roll up and place seam side down in 9 x 13 pan. Top with more salsa and cheddar cheese. Bake approximately 20-25 minutes.

Note: You could also boil the chicken until cooked and then shred with 2 forks.
