5 or 6 boneless chicken breasts
3-4 cups frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
2 or 3 cans cream of chicken soup

2 cups whipped dressing or mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken until done and chop into small bite-size pieces. Place in bottom of 9 x 13 pan.
Put chopped broccoli on top of chicken. Mix cream of chicken soup with mayonnaise until well-blended.
Spread on top of broccoli. Grate cheddar cheese (approximately 1 cup) and sprinkle over top. Follow by
sprinkling bread crumbs lightly on top of that. Bake at 350º for 45-50 minutes. Serve over rice.
