½ red pepper, chopped
2 large jalapeno peppers,
seeded & chopped
3 tbsp. chopped onion
¾ cup mayonnaise or whipped
dressing
¾ cup sour cream
1 tbsp. vinegar
½ tsp. pepper
dash garlic powder
dash cumin

Directions:
Directions:
Using food processor, puree peppers & onion. Mix mayo & sour cream with approximately 6 tbsp of the pureed vegetables in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Add more puree mixture to taste, if desired. Chill several hours to blend flavour.

Prepare taco meat and toppings as usual.(meat, taco seasoning, lettuce, salsa) Just before serving, sprinkle some cheese on the flat bread and put in oven till cheese melts. Spread some of the pepper puree on the flatbread. Wrap flatbread around taco shell and fill as usual.
