4-6 thick pork chops (bones &
fat removed)
3 tbsp. cooking oil
large onion, chopped
2 cups ketchup
½ cup water
¾ cup vinegar
¾ cup brown sugar
1½ tsp. worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chops in oil for a few minutes per side. Transfer to crock pot.

In bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour evenly over chops. Cook on low for about 6 hours.
