3-4 pieces round steak (¼" thick)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. pepper
½ cup flour
¼ cup butter or margarine
2 cans consomme
8-10 mushrooms, sliced
2-3 green onions, chopped
1½-2 cups sour cream

Directions:

Cut meat into small pieces or strips. Combine flour, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder and meat strips. Toss lightly until meat strips are well-coated.
Melt butter in heavy frying pan. Add meat and brown well. Add consomme and mushrooms. Cover and simmer on low for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally to avoid sticking. Just before ready to serve, stir in sour cream and green onions to heat through.

Serve over rice or noodles.
