¼ ounce fresh Dill
2 Chicken Breasts
2 TBSP Sour Cream
1 TBSP Chicken Stock Concentrate
1 TSP Dijon Mustard

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pick fronds from Dill, discard stems. Finely chop.

2. Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium heat. Pat Chicken dry with a paper towel. Season all over with salt and pepper. Add to pan and cook until no longer pink in center, 4-6 minutes per side. Remove chicken from pan and set aside.

3. Stir together 1 tsp dill, sour cream, stock concentrate, dijon mustard and 2 TBSP water in the same pan used for chicken over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper. If sauce seems too thick, add more water, 1 tsp at a time, until it has a drizzly consistency, Remove pan from heat.

4. Thinly slice chicken breasts and divide over plates. Drizzle with dill sauce, garnish with dill.
