3 cups beef stock or broth (can add in some meat drippings if you have them)
1 t. garlic powder
1 T. worcestershire sauce
1 - 2 t. beef base (Better Than Boullion)
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup water mixes with 1/4 cup cornstarch
Splash of heavy cream (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients except the cornstarch and water mixture to a pot. Whisk together and bring to a boil.

Pour in the cornstarch mixture while whisking to prevent any lumps.

Bring gravy back to a boil, then turn down to a simmer and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.

Add cream, if using, then serve.
