4-6 pork chops, ¾ inch thick
1 box Stovetop Stuffing mix or homemade dressing in equivalent amount
Brown Gravy, at least 3 cups

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown pork chops in oil. Use drippings to make gravy, or use bottled gravy.
2. Place pork chops in baking dish, place a pat of dressing on top of each pork chop.
3. Pour gravy over all, cover, and bake at 325º for 2½ hours or until chops are very tender. If they get
dry during baking add some water.
