Coffee Cake ingredients:
2 c. Bisquick
4 T. sugar
¼ c. brown sugar
1½ tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
⅔ c. milk
Streusel Topping:
⅓ c. Bisquick
⅓ c. packed brown sugar
½ tsp. cinnamon
2 T. butter
Directions:
Directions:
Grease a round 9” cake pan. Mix together all of the coffee cake ingredients. Beat on high for about 30 seconds. Spread in the prepared cake pan. Using a pastry blender, mix together all of the streusel topping ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over the top of the cake. Bake 30-35minutes.

Dan found a coffee cake recipe and tweaked it until it was perfect. He used to make it quite often, but now there are just two of us, and because we’ll eat the whole thing in one night, he doesn’t make it very often any more.
