1/2 cup shortening
3 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1 1/2 to 1 3/4 cup sweet milk

Heat oven to 375 degrees

Combine all ingredients and separate into 3 pie tins or 2-9" round sprayed and floured cake tins

Bake for 30 minutes
