4 fillets of white fish of your choice - tilapia, cod, bass, snapper
1 c. green onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1⅓ c. sour cream
1 cup mild picante sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Brush a baking dish with oil. In a small skillet, saute the green onion and chopped garlic, just until green onion wilting and garlic is fragrant. Divide into 4 even portions. In the baking dish place a single portion of the onion/garlic. Then place a fish fillet on top of it. Repeat with the remaining portions of onion/garlic and fillets. Put ⅓ c. of sour cream on top of each fillet, and top each with ¼ c. mild picante sauce. Bake for 15-20 mins. Check for doneness of fish,as baking time will vary depending on type/ thickness of fish.
