Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Cabbage
Carrots
white onion (or onion powder)
apple cider vinegar
sugar
Helmans Mayonnaise
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
remove tough outer leaves from cabbage. Grate entire head of cabbage with a grater using the larger grater. Grate small amount of carrots using the smaller grater. If desired, grate small amount to white onion using the smaller grater. If you don't like strong onion taste, or have someone who doesn't like onions (Kristina Sellers) then use onion power. It tastes the same, but no onion aftertaste. Add sugar and small amount of apple cider vinegar and toss together. Mayonnaise is the last ingredient - Add it slowly mixing thoroughly so you don't add too much.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This original recipe comes from when I worked at the Trawler and watched Inez make this every day. I've also incorporated a technique I learned from Janet Hinson that perfects it! Grating the cabbage!! There are no measurement in this recipe because that's the way I learned it.
