6 c. raw potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
4 T. flour
2½ t. salt
⅛ t. pepper
1 onion, minced
2½ c. hot milk
2 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place a layer of potatoes in a buttered baking dish. Add some of the minced onion. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and flour, and dot with butter. Repeat layers until all of the ingredients, except the milk, are used. Pour hot milk over the potatoes and bake at 350º for 1- 1¼ hours.
