2-3 Granny Smith apples, diced
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
9 oz cashews

poppy seeds to your taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine salad ingredients shortly before serving. Add desired amount of dressing and toss - there may be more dressing than needed for a single recipe of this salad. I mix up the dressing the night before and then take it out of the refrigerator about an hour before adding to salad.

Carol(Lamb) gave me this recipe several years ago and it has been a frequent choice for potlucks, funeral luncheons and holiday dinners since then.
