2 cups butter
2 cups brown sugar
2 cups white sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 cups flour
5 cups blended oatmeal
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
24 oz. chocolate chips
18 oz. grated Hershey bar
3 cups chopped nuts (almonds/pecans)

Directions:
Directions:
Measure oatmeal, blend to a fine powder.
Cream butter and both sugars. Add eggs & vanilla and mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and soda. Add chocolate chips, Hershey bar & nuts.
Roll into balls and place on cookie sheet;
bake 10 minutes at 375º.
