1 egg
1 cup Icing sugar
½ cup walnuts (optional)
½ cup crushed graham wafers
1 Tbsp..butter
2 ½ cups colored marshmallows
1 square semi-sweet chocolate
Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg, add sugar & graham wafers. Melt butter and chocolate and add.
Mix well and add marshmallows. Roll into 2 logs and roll in coconut. Wrap in waxed paper & store in fridge.
