salt and pepper
Velveeta
milk and water

Directions:
Directions:
Slice cabbage head into wedges. Season with salt and pepper and cook until soft. Make a cheese sauce by melting Velveeta and thinning it with water from the cooked cabbage and milk. Serve with the cheese sauce poured over each wedge.

This cheese sauce was also eaten with cooked cauliflower, but broccoli was not a vegetable that they ever ate.
